White Deer, Texas is a thriving community located on US 60 between Amarillo and Pampa. I came here twice to mainly document the UPRA-sanctioned rodeos held each year that drew sellout crowds.
The rodeos are held during the annual Kickback Days celebration so I returned to document the other activities that go on each year as you can watch below.

The afternoon filled the city park with people, music, conversation, reunions, games, food, and wares.
