Amarillo Cadillac Ranch

I have lived longer in the Amarillo area than anywhere else so I guess I consider it to be home. There are tons of places, events, cultures, people, and history to cover but I can only add to this page when I find the time.

Attractions

The Cadillac Ranch - A favorite stop for thousands of travelers on Route 66 (AKA I-40) every day. See what it is like on a windy day!

Tri-State Fair & Exposition celebrated its' 100th anniversary of the Tri-State Fair and Rodeo in 2023 with an annual Fair Parade along Polk Street in Downtown Amarillo.

Palo Duro Canyon State Park - The second largest canyon in North America teams with wildlife and watching birds is fun and easy at a well-maintained bird blind and feeding station.

Organizations

Coors Cowboy Club - This organization is known for its charitable works and the annual Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo held in the ANC Arena in Amarillo Texas.

Working Ranch Cowboys Association - The organization is the sanctioning body for the WRCA Ranch Rodeo that helps to raise money to support the Working Ranch Cowboys Foundation and tops off the rodeo season with the  WRCA World Championship Ranch Rodeo.

Dusty Reins Schedule

You may see several events on the same day. I can only pick one to go next depending on where I was located during the prior event I attended. Fuel is expensive these days!
